Building Wealth is a Team Sport
Posted by: | CommentsBuilding wealth is a team sport, if you don’t believe me, just ask Donald Trump, Russell Simmons, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, or any other wealthy person. All of these people have two very important things in common: 1) they are all wealthy and in the top 10 % of income earners in this country and 2) they all have a team of financial experts consulting them on every financial decision.
Most poor and middle class people don’t have experts or advisors in their corner helping them make financial decisions and that is exactly what keeps them in their situation. They are getting poor advice from their broke friends. Someone told me that if you want to find a way to move out of your community, don’t ask your neighbor.
Many people are brainwashed to believe that they are doing OK financially because they have a house and a car. They believe this because they are comparing themselves to their middleclass friends and don’t even realize that the middle class is a dying breed. Experts are saying that we have about 12 years left before there are only two classes: the ones that do have and the ones that do not. These experts are saying that people making less than $300,000 per year will be facing financial devastation.
Living in the age of information, knowledge is doubling every 18 months. This is known as Moore’s Law. This implies that with the aid of the Internet, the ability and opportunity for building wealth is doubling as well.
In order to do this, you have to gain access to experts and mentors to help you shorten your learning curve. You do not have time to study to be an expert in every field, nor should you want to. People who need to KNOW all the details and DO all the work NEVER create wealth.
Without a team, your system of making money is totally dependent on one person and that’s YOU. Time Freedom: A Home Based Business Advantage

It starts with 8-12 hours per week of working your business full-time. Part-time is about 4-6 hours a week and you can still make fortune. Time freedom is doing what you want when you want with out consulting your boss nor your bank account!! {This doesn’t include the wife}. With a few dedicated hours to the business, a true and the system leverage and time freedom are inevitable.
Network marketing doesn’t take a lot of time when you are working the plan/system that your company has given you. Leaders are just that: so be coachable and follow the system to guarantee your success. Learn the system of Invite, Expose, and Close to work your way out of work. Work with your leaders to develop your business plan then work your plan. For the time that you’ve committed to the business, time freedom does not mean that you don’t work your business. True time freedom means that you can work you business in between life and still be very successful. Tracking your success with an activity log will allow you to take inventory and hold yourself accountable for your work and measure your results. Tracking is the difference between success and something less that that. The true work is CHOICE.
Your can chose success if you work your plan and your system, if you choose not to work you plan, then you’ll be one of the disgruntle reps on a blog somewhere complaining how network marketing doesn’t work. I love them, the blame their upline, blame the system, blame their town or their friends, but when I ask them to tell me about their day or their week, they never tell me about what they do to work their business. Network marketing is about working the business as you network, meet people and help people make money.
When you help enough people reach their goals, your goals happen automatically. One of our network marketing strategy that allows us time freedom is to work our business 24 hours a day through our website. Now with our system, meeting people has become easier than ever. We have people visiting our sites from all over and joining our company. This is true leverage. The internet has allowed us to continue to market when we are on vacation, having dinner, sleeping and still help people and build our business. Now that we are in a recession, people are looking for opportunity to make extra money, save more money, get out of debt, decrease their taxes and just learn more about money. We now say that we are doing that in our sleep. We are helping people and showing them how to do the same.

You have the time freedom, unlimited income potential, satisfaction of building a business on your own with the recognition and rewards that come with it. All while strengthening your family relationship.
Network marketing traditionally starts at home with your own network of family and friends. You get exposed to an opportunity and product and get excited about it. Next you make a list of all your family, friends and associates. You call them to expose them to your business with hopes that you have a new partner or customer.
You can expose them to the business a dozen different ways right from your own home. You can make phone calls, have team meetings, home opportunity presentations, computer opportunity presentations, do three way calls, listen to training calls all from the comforts of your own home.
