How To Strengthen Your Inner Circle For Success….

There have been studies to show that many mental diseases can be traced back to lacks of love and or recognition. Babies cry for it and men have died for it. That’s love and recognition. We all have an inner circle that motivates us when we want to stop. The inner circle encourages us to make our dreams a reality. They are the fuel in your emotional gas tank. The people in our inner circle inspire us to be great. So don’t neglect them. Make it as much a part of your business as setting the appointment or making the phone call. Find ways to monitor the love and recognition that you give to your inner circle because when you take care of them, they will take care of you. Make the birthday party, don’t miss the recital, and remember the anniversary. These things and more are the things that the inner circle can see as love and recognition, so give it to them as often as you can. Making money is great but living a great life is priceless. These are secret keys to great wealth.
Make sure that you share your goals with your inner circle. When you share your goals with them they know how they fit in so that you all have something to work towards. Put that Disney Family vacation on the vision board or on the refrigerator. Make sure that that getaway for two is up there and scheduled in the books. Then you all discuss what needs to be done to make it a reality. Discuss the plan and the work that needs to take place between now and the trip.
Make sure that you have milestones and a timeline for these things to happen. This is not only a good lesson for them but it gets everyone on the same page and makes certain sacrifices easy when you all see the big picture. If you have kids, this is the best way to teach them responsibility and goal setting, and doing what it takes to be successful. This gives them an opportunity to strive to win and see you win. We have found this to be the best lessons for our kids and make the vacations so much more memorable because we all worked together to get there. The rewards of maintaining your inner circles are always far greater than anything that you can ever imagine. Take care of them and they will take care of you. This is taking care of your business.
Finally, make sure that you and your mate do personal development together. Read books and when you are done, trade. Discuss good books that help you grow. Go to personal development workshops and seminars together. Take them to conventions and conferences with you so that you can continue to learn together and grow together or be endanger of growing apart. Relationships that do personal development together are strengthened and the bonds are deepened. Get your children involved in personal development and personal growth. Remember that you income can only grow to the extent that you do. Giving your children the enjoyment of learning is priceless. A formal education will earn them a living, while their informal education will earn them a fortune.

Building Wealth is a Team Sport
By · CommentsBuilding wealth is a team sport, if you don’t believe me, just ask Donald Trump, Russell Simmons, Oprah Winfrey, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, or any other wealthy person. All of these people have two very important things in common: 1) they are all wealthy and in the top 10 % of income earners in this country and 2) they all have a team of financial experts consulting them on every financial decision.
Most poor and middle class people don’t have experts or advisors in their corner helping them make financial decisions and that is exactly what keeps them in their situation. They are getting poor advice from their broke friends. Someone told me that if you want to find a way to move out of your community, don’t ask your neighbor.
Many people are brainwashed to believe that they are doing OK financially because they have a house and a car. They believe this because they are comparing themselves to their middleclass friends and don’t even realize that the middle class is a dying breed. Experts are saying that we have about 12 years left before there are only two classes: the ones that do have and the ones that do not. These experts are saying that people making less than $300,000 per year will be facing financial devastation.
Living in the age of information, knowledge is doubling every 18 months. This is known as Moore’s Law. This implies that with the aid of the Internet, the ability and opportunity for building wealth is doubling as well.
In order to do this, you have to gain access to experts and mentors to help you shorten your learning curve. You do not have time to study to be an expert in every field, nor should you want to. People who need to KNOW all the details and DO all the work NEVER create wealth.
Without a team, your system of making money is totally dependent on one person and that’s YOU. Time Freedom: A Home Based Business Advantage

It starts with 8-12 hours per week of working your business full-time. Part-time is about 4-6 hours a week and you can still make fortune.
